Our Office Location

DAA is located in Asheville, NC at the corner of Choctaw and 390 South French Broad Avenue. From I-40 take exit 50 onto 25 north. At 77 McDowell Street turn left onto Choctaw. Choctaw will join South French Broad Avenue. We are located at the corner on the left hand side of the road.

At the 2nd light merge Left on 25 (past Biltmore House) - go approximately 1.3 miles
At the 5th light turn Left onto Choctaw Street - go approximately 0.3 miles
At the Stop sign turn Left onto South French Broad Avenue - go approximately .01 miles

From I-40 West - Canton, Enka-Candler, Sylva Take I-40 East to Exit 50
Turn Left onto 25 N
At the 2nd light merge Left on 25 (past Biltmore House) - go approximately 1.3 miles
At the 5th light turn Left onto Choctaw Street - go approximately 0.3 miles
At the Stop sign turn Left onto South French Broad Avenue - go approximately .01 miles

From South Asheville / Hendersonville Road - Skyland, Arden, Fletcher, Hendersonville Follow Hendersonville Road (25 N) to Asheville
After traveling under the I-40 overpass in Biltmore
At the 2nd light merge Left on 25 (past Biltmore House) - go approximately 1.3 miles
At the 5th light turn Left onto Choctaw Street - go approximately 0.3 miles
At the Stop sign turn Left onto South French Broad Avenue - go approximately .01 miles
Turn Left into DAA Parking Lot

From I-26 South - Biltmore Square Mall, Hendersonville, Spartanburg Take I-26 West to Exit 1 I-240 E/Asheville
Take exit 4B Patton Avenue - go approximately 0.3 miles
At 3rd light turn Right onto South French Broad Avenue - go approximately 0.9 miles
Turn Left into DAA parking lot

From West Asheville Travel East on Patton Avenue
Take Exit 4-B - go approximately 0.8 miles (3rd light)
Turn Right onto South French Broad Avenue - go approximately 0.9 miles
Turn Left into DAA parking lot

From North Asheville (19-23) - Weaverville, Mars Hill, Yancey County, Madison, Spruce Pine Travel 19-23 South to Downtown / Patton Avenue Exit - go approximately 0.3 miles 
At the 3rd light turn Right onto South French Broad Avenue - go approximately 0.9 miles
Turn Left into DAA parking lot

From East Asheville (Hwy 70) - Swannanoa, Black Mountain Travel 70 West to Asheville
Take I-240 West - go approximately 1.8 miles 
Exit 5B / Charlotte Street
Turn Left onto Charlotte Street (South) - go approximately 1.3 miles 
(Charlotte St. turns into Southside Street)
At the 6th light turn Left onto McDowell Street - go approximately 0.2 miles
At the 1st light turn Right onto Choctaw Street - go approximately 0.3 miles
Turn Left onto South French Broad Avenue
